Lebesgue: AI Marketing & LTV

Lebesque are total pros; their insights are second to none, as is their support. This tool does so much more than the competition and they pull in all of the channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Klayvio) with out unnecessary extra billings, like Lifetimely.

One of the best if not the best Ads and marketing analytics app we have used. The way data is presented is so intuitive and more than just presenting data, the app gives us personalised recommendations, tips and fixes according to how we are performing. Moreover, Tony has been excellent at service- got to be one of the best customer service we have received from a Shopify application team.

We've been working with the Lebesgue team since April and the experience has been outstanding. The platform delivers incredibly insightful and actionable metrics that have become an essential part of how we monitor and optimize our Meta Ads performance. Lebesgue has streamlined all my marketing data and metrics into one location, making it incredibly convenient to gain insights into our business.

One of the standout features we've been using is the competitor insights section. Being able to see how we stack up against our competitors in real-time has been extremely helpful and has allowed us to pivot and change strategy in real time.

I was equally impressed with the personalized audit they offered for my advertising accounts, as it wasn't something that was advertised. The recommendations they offered were tailored specifically to our business needs and have already helped us strategize for next year.

They do put an emphasis on customer LTV, which is not necessarily relevant for our business given the higher than average LTV window for our customer base, so keep that in mind when deciding if the app is for you.

In theory, their profit calculations have the potential to be a game changer, but we found them to be inconsistent at best due to other expenses not being factored in. I could see smaller businesses/less complex stores making a case for this and benefiting from it.

Overall it's been really easy to use and their team has been very helpful ensuring we also benefit from using their app.

It is a great platform, especially for a small marketing team that manages all its platforms in-house. It is what we use it for, and we have gained much insight with the new agents almost immediately!
