Awefull Costumer Service,
They seem not responsive.
This app is incredibly valuable for anyone with a Shopify store, and an interest in Facebook advertising. Whilst Google AdWords have made things somewhat accessible in terms of dynamic remarketing, the same cannot be said for Facebook.
Without this app it would be very difficult to setup a product catalog and implement pixel tracking. I would have had to use expensive third party products.
I was also very impressed by his guide to using the app - thank you for all the screenshots and detail.
Great app. They provide you a really good ROAS while managing everything for you. Great support also! Can absolutely recommend.
Perfect app for your retargeting. But they are also good in prospecting :)

They have generated a lot of profit for my store. I have tried
other apps and RetargetApp is 1# in my book!!! They know what there

Nice apps and very good customer service ! I highly recommend it because it is very complete and easy to use.
Easy to use app and get some results so far. After 10 days install, i got 13X returns from ads spent, not bad ($300 ads spent and got $3900 revenue). I wait for a month full to see how this improves more.

We love this app! RetargetApp is Amazing! It’s really seamless and works exactly as advertised. We have been using it for a few weeks now and we have had no problems. Looks like a lot of effort went into making features that actually work. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone on Shopify. We look forward to seeing more apps come from y’all!

This company will take your money and supply fake reports. They also have a problem with their software in which prices show up with commas and not decimals. Wouldn't take accountability for the issue. Don't recommend this app.

The currency in all assets created by RetargetApp (product feed, product catalog and RetargetApp-powered ads) was all recorded in the same way as it is presented in your store - with a period, i.e. $89.95.
However, in certain countries the ads are displayed with a comma by default, i.e. $89,95 - these are the regional interface settings we cannot influence in any way.
We want you to be sure that both our campaign settings and the reports we provide are 100% correct and accurate - this is why I would like to offer you to give a try to a new version of RetargetApp where you can access your campaign stats directly in Ads Manager.
