This is an APP that everyone should have. It works above the average and the support is just the best I ever had!!! Congratulations to RetargetApp and to all the team behind this!

Aggressive and poor customer support.

App does not work, charges even on Trial Period, steals products and data from your Shopify store.

They try to force you NOT TO TOUCH YOUR FACEBOOK ADS account as per their Terms of Service, which is illegal in the US. Our legal department is taking care of this shady company.

Would not recommend this app to any serious company or person.

We used the facebook Retarget app and the results were good, we achieved 5.x ROAS, happy to extend this app for Google ads as well.

App works as promised. Could use some more options to customize the ads. Support team is very quick and helpful.

Great little app that makes managing dynamic retargeting on Facebook much easier.

I didn't want to retarget customers who just bought something, and this is very difficult with Shopify but with the app it's a piece of cake.

Also, the author Pavlo is super helpful and responsive in the forums.

I do not have the numbers yet to make this a viable option but as soon as I do I am back to get my ads re-enabled again.

It's easy to use, so far no sales attributed to the App after 14 days. This might be because the budget was too small or the other FB ads were not targeted well, will continue to experiment and let you know whats a good mix. I would say do not use this with a daily retarget budget of less than 20 dollars a day

got some positive results, will continue to check on the progress. Hopefully, we can achieve something better very soon

Averaging a 350% ROAS so far! Really happy with how easy the app is to set up and get going! Keen to keep using it.

Consistent 3X ROI since the second day it was running. ran at just 5 bucks a day for my first 10 days and i made my money back and then some. cant wait to see what happens at my higher budget. Never thought much of Retargeting beforehand but i am loving it now and these guys make it simple with proven ad copy and an almost fully automated system.... highly recommend this app for anyone trying to increase revenue with a relatively small investment and get some of those website visitors to turn into customers.
