Pixel Google Ads par Nabu

We’ve had a great experience using the Nabu for Google Ads Pixel app! The setup was straightforward, and it’s made tracking conversions so much easier and more accurate. The recent update with the custom pixel really took things to the next level.

Also, huge shoutout to the support team — super responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. They guided us through every step and even helped us switch to their newer free plan, which is such a generous offering.

This app is very useful for provided more customer data from Shopify to Google Ads. Highly reccomend.

The support is among the best out there. However, the app had an issue that lasted about a week where every site visit was incorrectly counted as a conversion. As a result, Google interpreted this as a large number of conversions happening, which caused a significant amount of ad spend on traffic that didn’t actually convert.

During that period, our ad spend doubled while our actual conversions dropped by around 60%. This also disrupted our campaign algorithm, and we lost many sales while the algorithm had to relearn and recalibrate after the incorrect conversion tracking.

Unfortunately, the only response we received from the support team was simply “we’re sorry.”

I have had this app for a few years now, and it has simplified my business life a lot!
I recently needed help making sure everything was set up right as i wasn't seeing conversion, and used the chatbox they provide. Ashwitha was amazing, explaining the subtelties of the process to me in easy to understand terms, and checking that everything was still working as it should.

Great experience with Adnabu, easy to setup and as simple as a pixel must be. Great interaction with the support recently about shopify app pixel migration.

Bien que mon anglais soit très moyen, je n'ai eu aucune difficulté à installer et à utiliser l'application. Toute les étapes nécessaires pour installer un pixel google sont traduites en français et sont simples à comprendre. Le support client et réactif et efficace (même si la communication se fait en anglais), je recommande vivement !

I have never experienced support for a software tool such as this, it's superb.

I have used AdNabu for a number of years and over that time Google have changed a lot of things. Whenever this happens and I contact support they have always been super quick to respond and have been very tenacious in getting the changes made in a timely manner.

As for the functionality, the tracking is more accurate than the Google App that I run as a secondary conversion action.
