The app did not track conversions properly and the data was inconsistent with our Google Ads results. There are other apps that handle Google Ads and pixel tracking much better and more reliably.

Support was also disappointing. When we encountered an issue, we were promised a 3-month refund, but only 2 months were issued and the commitment was not honored. The discussion went back and forth without resolution and ended up wasting a lot of time.

Overall, the experience was frustrating and may lead to lost ad spend if tracking is not accurate. Merchants should be cautious before relying on this app for Google Ads tracking.

Conversion tracking stop working out of nowhere and CPA went through the roof. Customer support is non-existent. Don't use this app if you don't want to see your business dying overnight because of malfunction conversion tracking

The support is among the best out there. However, the app had an issue that lasted about a week where every site visit was incorrectly counted as a conversion. As a result, Google interpreted this as a large number of conversions happening, which caused a significant amount of ad spend on traffic that didn’t actually convert.

During that period, our ad spend doubled while our actual conversions dropped by around 60%. This also disrupted our campaign algorithm, and we lost many sales while the algorithm had to relearn and recalibrate after the incorrect conversion tracking.

Unfortunately, the only response we received from the support team was simply “we’re sorry.”

Initially this app appeared to function well. After 24 hours, however, our consent management provider (Consentmo GDPR) flagged that certain tags were firing before visitors had given consent.

On review, I confirmed that the app sets all consent signals in the DataLayer to ‘granted’ by default. Correct implementation should leave these ungranted until the visitor accepts, at which point a consent update event is triggered.

This misconfiguration resulted in reduced traffic data and broken Google Ads tracking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app.
