Nabu的Google Ads像素

I've found Adnabu to be an incredibly user-friendly and effective tool for tracking conversions on my Shopify store. The simplicity of its interface made it easy for me to get started, even with limited technical skills. What truly stands out is their exceptional customer service and support. Whenever I encountered an issue or had a question, the Adnabu team was always there with friendly and quick assistance, making my experience smooth and enjoyable. This level of support is invaluable for someone new to e-commerce analytics.

Love the customer support team. They reached out to me since my app was outdated, provided easy instructions on how to update, and explained the app's use clearly to me.

This app is very useful for provided more customer data from Shopify to Google Ads. Highly reccomend.

The support is among the best out there. However, the app had an issue that lasted about a week where every site visit was incorrectly counted as a conversion. As a result, Google interpreted this as a large number of conversions happening, which caused a significant amount of ad spend on traffic that didn’t actually convert.

During that period, our ad spend doubled while our actual conversions dropped by around 60%. This also disrupted our campaign algorithm, and we lost many sales while the algorithm had to relearn and recalibrate after the incorrect conversion tracking.

Unfortunately, the only response we received from the support team was simply “we’re sorry.”

Even though exist some issues, but they help me solved the issues. so great app to track the google ads

I have never experienced support for a software tool such as this, it's superb.

I have used AdNabu for a number of years and over that time Google have changed a lot of things. Whenever this happens and I contact support they have always been super quick to respond and have been very tenacious in getting the changes made in a timely manner.

As for the functionality, the tracking is more accurate than the Google App that I run as a secondary conversion action.
