The app is easy to install, but when an error occurs it takes ages to get a solution in place from the customer service team. Most recently it took more than a week to get our disconnected pixel connected again and to get an answer as to why it disconnected.

The only support email I received after contacting them talked about waiting 72 hours to get it verified, and that they don't have exact solutions. Will be looking for other options.
