charged me for usage when i didn't even use the app because if its ridiculously long onboarding. when i tried reaching out no one was answering

We sent a email regarding the charge and refund issue. The plan you subscribed came with 14 days free trial and then it was charged.

We already sent a refund to you on 3rd July 2026 and our team sent you screenshot for the same.

I am sorry that you could not find FREE TRIAL but we do provide 14 day free trial with our Basic Plan.
You can try it out or alternatively reach out to us over email and we can look at the setup and activate the trial for you.
