Terrible fulfilment service. Constant mistakes and quality control issues. Do not follow SOPs on specs or quality. Their latest mess up cost me $1000s so I cut them off. Avoid them if you care about your brand.

I initially thought the affordable price would reduce costs, but the overall service was extremely poor. Shipping was slow, order processing was incredibly inefficient, logistics information was consistently stagnant and unupdated, making tracking impossible and resulting in a terrible experience. I strongly suggest choosing a more reliable app brand.

Many of my orders have not been shipped, but the status remains "pending". Even the orders that have been shipped have constant problems. Quality control is completely useless. They do not follow the specifications and quality standards at all, which has caused me to lose a lot of money. So I have completely cut off cooperation with them.

The shipping efficiency was extremely low, the waiting period was too long, and there were numerous problems when multiple items were ordered together. Not only were the shipments frequently delayed, but there were also frequent instances of incorrect shipments. The overall was extremely disappointing.

This is the worst and most irresponsible platform I've ever used, bar none! First, my order took over 60 days to arrive. The logistics were completely stalled with no progress whatsoever. Contacting customer service was utterly useless; they only gave automated, template replies that were irrelevant and never addressed the actual issues, just offering evasive excuses.
Meanwhile, their inventory was a mess. They wouldn't update stock despite being out of stock, and they wouldn't inform customers in advance, leading to various delays in shipping after ordering.
The most outrageous thing is that their prices are much higher than other platforms. Paying a premium for a miserable experience—poor logistics, terrible after-sales service, and a dismissive attitude—anyone who uses their service is doomed!

The shipping speed was extremely slow; my order remained "pending processing" for a very long time without being shipped. I spent a lot of time repeatedly contacting customer service, but they often just read my messages and didn't reply. After waiting for several days, I finally received a response, only to be told that the item was out of stock. The experience was terrible, and I highly discourage using this app.

What a terrible experience! The service was absolutely awful. Many orders remained undelivered for 70 days after shipment, there was logistics fraud, no tracking information updates, and their customer service did absolutely nothing but leave me waiting. The customer service representatives were like robots, answering questions I hadn't even asked, and their response time was incredibly slow. They didn't solve my problems at all! As a result, my business was completely ruined, and I suffered huge losses. Never use this app!!!
