not clear interface for customers
for one week no one signed in, even I met a problems with signing in

I checked your setup and noticed that the post-purchase popup wasn’t enabled and the signup page link wasn’t added to your store’s header menu. I had also reached out when you first installed the app offering assistance, but I didn’t hear back.
Could you please share what issue you faced with the signup? The app’s signup flow is designed to be frictionless — there’s a single sign-in button for affiliates. Whether affiliates actually sign up depends largely on your store’s traffic and how you promote your program, not on the app’s signup process itself.

I was expecting to have a good experience considering the reviews, but unfortunately, it wasn't like that. The app wasn't working, for instance, it never upload the image for the signup page. it show it error when people were trying to signup. It was saying that the price is 9us per month when in the Shopify Store says 5 us per month, Additionally in the chat anyone appear to help me!
Hi, with your experience it looks like the app was not set up properly because we are not sure why you got an error during the affiliate signup process. Will it be possible for you to re-install the app and we can have a call together to check what's the issue
