I've been using this app to manage my affiliate program for 3 years -- the basic functionality is there. The one main feature that's lacking is payments. Customer service never got back to me OR shopify support who contacted them for me. This app lacks a lot but I was willing to put up with it until the customer service let me down. I will now be moving to another platform for my affiliate program in the near future.

One of the challenges we’ve been facing with affiliately is recurring inquiries from our affiliates regarding changing sums under their unpaid earnings, sometimes negative sums.
This happens due to returns, but we are having a hard time explaining this to our affiliates as the platform does not provide information about the number and value of purchases returned.

This app has everything anyone would need to run a good affiliate program... but the UI/UX is surprising. It's 2020. This app is missing valuable features like page previews when editing crucial things like registration pages. They need to do a better job at making things look more modern, sleek and updated, especially for the skeptical consumer.
It works, but kind of lacking. I tried throwing in a simple logo banner and instructions, but it had some issues displaying in other browsers. Basically, it does have a button that says link generator that's very simple, but it's not graphically intuitive, and for a few bucks more a month, there seems to be better out there for what we need at the moment.
