As a founder, I lost an incredible amount of time here. The support started out friendly, but as soon as real issues came up, I was completely ignored.
Specifically regarding DNS settings (Hetzner): The technical instructions provided were simply wrong. I eventually had to work out the solution myself – explicitly going against the developer's recommendation – to finally make it work.
I cannot afford this kind of unreliability as an entrepreneur. Great UI doesn't help if the support fails when it matters. I am switching to a competitor now (BixGrow Affiliate Marketing)
This is Beckett, founder of Affilitrak. I'm truly sorry for the negative experience you had. The DNS features were quite new when you set them up so we didn't have instructions for your specific domain provider and it turned out they required special instructions. I've built out the DNS features to be much more robust since then.
I also apologize for not responding to your messages right away, our responses were slower because the app suddenly started rapidly growing and I needed time to add more people to the team. We are much better equipped now and offer rapid 24/7 support.
