As a founder, I lost an incredible amount of time here. The support started out friendly, but as soon as real issues came up, I was completely ignored.

Specifically regarding DNS settings (Hetzner): The technical instructions provided were simply wrong. I eventually had to work out the solution myself – explicitly going against the developer's recommendation – to finally make it work.

I cannot afford this kind of unreliability as an entrepreneur. Great UI doesn't help if the support fails when it matters. I am switching to a competitor now (BixGrow Affiliate Marketing)

This is Beckett, founder of Affilitrak. I'm truly sorry for the negative experience you had. It was my fault for giving you incorrect instructions and missing your follow-up.

I've since made changes based on your feedback to make the DNS setup easier and to ensure support messages are never missed. I wish you the best with your affiliate program.

First time doing affiliate marketing. I was worried the setup would be complicated, but the UI just makes sense. Had it up and running in under an hour.

The best part is the support though. They’re super patient. Asked them about commission structures and they really walked me through the strategy behind it and helped me set it up. Highly recommend if you want something powerful but not confusing.

Ich bin super zufrieden. Der Support ist Mega - leider fehlen noch ein paar Wichtige funktionen, aber das wird in Zukunft bestimmt alles umgesetzt. Demnach kann ich die App jedem empfehlen. Super selbsterklärend zu nutzen
