Affirm pay‑over‑time messaging

App Does not work.

We tried to integrate Affirm to our Shopify store and it was a nightmare.
We provided our banking + verification info only to get an error message.

We created a support ticket and instead of resolving the error, support told us to abandon the current email address and use a new email to make a new business account (makes no sense as our Shopify store is already linked to the original email ...

I am giving this app a 1 star since it is currently not working. I am unable to login via google with an error stating connection refused and when I log in using username and password the app states that it needs to be reinstalled.

Probably the worst customer support in the business for this type of app. No one is helping me and when they do reply all they say is uninstall the app and reinstall it. For such a major company, their customer service is subpar at best. Come on! I've had this app and it worked great. Now I have a new theme and it's not working and no one from Affirm is helping. Will not let me create an account, even tried it months later, still nothing. Trash

Affirm initially worked for a few months and is no longer functional. Customers get an error message when trying to checkout with Affirm and the app is stuck on asking me to update promotional messaging (window freezes when clicking on the update button).

Phone support was removed for merchants????? Seriously????

I'm only giving this 1 star because it requires coding and I know how to code. BUT Affirm's directions on integrating the app/service are vague and aren't helpful at all. there only email you back the same lame instruction. no phone support at all.

I was excited to partner with a buy now, pay later app after having no success with AfterPay in Canada. Affirm has TERRIBLE customer service; merchant accounts have no contact number. When you finally get ahold of someone via email, they aren't able to help you anyway.... " uninstall the app and reinstall. Still needs to be fixed!!

Quit working. I have done everything imaginable and can't get support on either side. When you install it, it says cannot connect, delete and reinstall app.
