I was excited to partner with a buy now, pay later app after having no success with AfterPay in Canada. Affirm has TERRIBLE customer service; merchant accounts have no contact number. When you finally get ahold of someone via email, they aren't able to help you anyway.... " uninstall the app and reinstall. Still needs to be fixed!!

Quit working. I have done everything imaginable and can't get support on either side. When you install it, it says cannot connect, delete and reinstall app.
first off this app is ridiculously expensive. basically 6%. after looking at my loses on 2 orders im removing this option. i had a order for 1299... of which i made $200 profit and affirm took $96 out of that........ I had another order for $4000 of which i profit $560.. and affirm took $240! .Bye affirm. 1299 is one of my cheapest products.. so that means ill be giving affirm $96 or more for every order they process. This app is not for me.
if there's any merchant that's planning to deal with this company, please DONT do it , they don't have merchant support so is you have any question about something they will never help you and the phone number that shows as customer support doesn't work, I have an issue about getting paid over 2 months you can email as much as you want but they will never answer and do anything if you call them their answer will alway be " THIS IS NOT MECHARNT SUPPORT WE DONT KNOW ENYTHING " and they will advise you to email them but you You'll never get a response at all
Im only giving this 2 stars because it requires coding and I am not a coding expert and don't even know where to start. Affirm's directions on integrating the app/service is vague and isn't helpful at all. I need them to update their directions on integration as if they're explaining it to a 2 year old. I sent an email to support 3 hours ago, and still no response... Feeling hopeful and helpless at the same time.
Truly awful. Affirm itself is a great service, but their customer service is practically nonexistent and the app is about as cumbersome as it gets.
Fantastic service! The app requires some development knowledge in order to master, but overall I love Affirm
Horrific experience with them. They moved away from "paybright" We do not know how to fix API or mesh code. We asked for help and they kept coming back with " We are not complying to their standards" We asked for help and its an automated response every single time. You cannot call them and nobody will help you . Its been an awful experience and hopefully another loan company can take care of us. If you cannot provide customer service you shouldn't be in business.
The experience was bad. The app was installed, enabled, and active. But, it just never came up as a payment option. I uninstalled app still same problem. I researched and never found a resolution. I just want to offer my customers payment options.
If you have a paid theme don't waste your time with this. I have spent over 2 weeks trying to get messaging to work with very little support. I had to look for answers myself online and forward it to the tech and still, nothing was fixed and the tech just stopped responding to me. They should put in their description "only works with free Shopify theme"
