I am giving a zero, there in no phone number to speak with a human tech in resolving issues connecting to Shopify. After getting accepted its just been continued login failures connecting with Shopify. Their loss
Trash. They have issues with the login after getting accepted, but haven't fixed their login issue. I'm unable to sign in to my merchant account and there's no live support to even chat with. Horrible.
App and messaging has not loaded for nearly two years, even after changing themes and several of the Shopify Helpers/Hireable team looking into it. Have not been able to integrate it at all.
