UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

I have recently upgraded my account with UpPromote to Professional Plan, and I am really enjoying this app on Shopify! It helps me boost my sales, by sharing commissions to more people.

While I am not a very tech-oriented person, I would usually figure things out on my own, but Gwen (from the in-app support) truly helped me navigate through the upgrade, the changes, including the small steps. She made it super convenient for me, that I felt like I am an expert in this!

UpPromote has been very easy to set up and use for our affiliate program. The dashboard is clear, and the app makes it simple to manage affiliates and track everything in one place. Their support is also excellent Maya was very helpful, friendly, and quick to answer my questions. I really appreciate the guidance and support. Highly recommended for Shopify stores that want to start or grow an affiliate program.

This app is great, and I've been using it for years to run my affiliate programs smoothly. I've never had a glitch, and if I ever need some support, their tech support is really amazing. They are detailed, fast, and super helpful. They truly care about their customers. Evans was my most recent support person, and he helped me navigate a new program, that was kinda stressing me out! With his help, I now understand what I need to do to run a great program with reliable tracking. Highly recommend this app.

I had some questions about setting up a 3-tier MLM structure, and Lina from the support team was absolutely amazing! She explained everything perfectly, step-by-step, and was very patient with all my questions. Thanks to Lina, I was able to fully automate my affiliate network. The app is great, but the customer service makes it even better. Highly recommend!

We've been setting up UpPromote for our affiliate and reseller programs and had quite a few specific questions along the way – from custom domain setup and required checkboxes during registration, to managing multiple programs for different partner types and handling multilingual registration forms.

Lina from the support team was incredibly helpful and insightful. She took the time to actually understand what we were trying to achieve, double-checked details with her team when needed, and gave clear, practical recommendations on how to structure our programs cleanly. The advice to use separate programs for store partners and individual resellers made our setup much more manageable.

It's the most comprehensive app I have found about Affiliate Marketing. The information is transparent and I love the fact that the affiliates get a detailed guide too

Er enkel i bruk, med mange instillinger, bra support! De bør dog kunne instille cookies individuelt per link/bruker. Så de som har en fast banner på hjemmesiden (foreninger, klubber etc) slipper å oppdatere linken. Nå er det kun en instilling som gjelder alle... og du vil ikke nødvendigvis at alle skal få en "evigvarende" cookie.
