UpPromote has been very easy to set up and use for our affiliate program. The dashboard is clear, and the app makes it simple to manage affiliates and track everything in one place. Their support is also excellent Maya was very helpful, friendly, and quick to answer my questions. I really appreciate the guidance and support. Highly recommended for Shopify stores that want to start or grow an affiliate program.

We've been setting up UpPromote for our affiliate and reseller programs and had quite a few specific questions along the way – from custom domain setup and required checkboxes during registration, to managing multiple programs for different partner types and handling multilingual registration forms.

The advice to use separate programs for store partners and individual resellers made our setup much more manageable.

Er enkel i bruk, med mange instillinger, bra support! De bør dog kunne instille cookies individuelt per link/bruker. Så de som har en fast banner på hjemmesiden (foreninger, klubber etc) slipper å oppdatere linken. Nå er det kun en instilling som gjelder alle... og du vil ikke nødvendigvis at alle skal få en "evigvarende" cookie.

UpPromote has been super easy to use and made managing our affiliate program much smoother. The platform is flexible, packed with great features, and stood out after trying several alternatives. The setup was simple, and their support team has always been responsive and genuinely helpful, from general support to custom design requests, Tanie has been wonderful and always kind and easy to work with.

Some advanced features can feel a little expensive for smaller brands, but they offer solid lower tier and free plan options. Overall, for what UpPromote offers compared to other platforms on the market, it’s definitely worth it and has been a great experience for our brand.

Evan was especially helpful and quick to assist with everything I needed. He even proactively offered to remove the “Powered by” branding for me and handled it immediately.

The App has been user friendly and flexible so far.
