So far so good. I am still in the process of setting everything up. I'm glad to have the 14 day trial as the set up takes time to customize for my shop. Customer service has been prompt and helpful.

Stark has been very helpful in addressing my questions. Previously, I spoke with another representative from Uppromote, but they didn't seem to understand my questions even after I clarified them and appeared impatient with my inquiries.

The support from this app is top notch. There is an in app chat option and the support is always quick to answer. Just today Selina helped me customize my affiliate log in page to include and not include what it didnt need. I was amazed that she was willing and able to customize my experience in that way! So far, i have nothing but great things to say about Uppromote.

I appreciate this app and customer service because several days ago I had a problem with my paid subscription, I forgot to downgrade my subscription and Shopify charged payment which was in the pro version.
