IT WAS OFF TO A ROCKY START AND I WAS SO FRUSTRATED I WAS READY TO DELETE THE APP BUT GWEN THE SERVICE REP ON THE CHAT WAS AMAZING AND CONFIRMED AND CLIFITIED EVERYTHING FOR ME SHE WAS EFFICIENT AND AMAZING I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING WITH UP PROMOTE AFFILIATE PROGRAM! Everything very good. The only thing I would like it to have is to be able to add the affiliate by myself using their e-mail, and not them signing up.
I really like this app as the free version offers enough features. Importantly, their customer service is also very timely, especially Tommy, his replies are always accurate and patient.

Really great app with even better customer service. Tommy helped me our with good advice in my decision making process. The beautiful thing about the app is the ease to work with and the integrations they offer. I'm running a startup and we all know subscription contracts usually like to force you into staying with them for at least a full year. But not UpPromote, whenever you don't need the expensive package you just downgrade.

I've just started to set-up my Affiliate Program and the step-by-step quick set-up is very easy to follow. Techie stuff isn't my strongest area and, thus far, this app is making it easier to create my account, test the tracking for which I am grateful. Soon, I'll be able to invite affiliates.

Just started on it, but seems to be good. Service is great. Lots of features. Was using Refersion before but this app seems to have the same options if not more. Gwen is very helpful on thier service team
