Great customer service. Tommy the support agent was was awesome, very friendly and was able to explain to me (someone who is unfamiliar with affiliate marketing) how the app works. I had a couple of very beginner questions and he was able to clarify them quickly. If you need help or have questions, just hop on the support chat and they will answer them for you! Looking forward to using the app and learning more about the features and how to promote my affiliate links.

I only just started using this service I'm on the free version but i am still very impressed by the unlimited affiliates on the free plan, the support team (Barney helped me) who unlike any other support understood my questions and when my questions weren't clear they clarified with me before providing the answer/solution. i will definitely be using this service and I'm exited to see where it will lead!

We had used another App (BOGOS) developed by Secomapp. The experience was so bad: because of their failure to warn Merchants about a bug of their app that allow users to place 0 value orders from the app, we lost a large sum of money.
As a result of this experience, we would not recommend this app to any merchants. And we would warn all Shopify users that we know not to use any app developed by Secomapp.

It seems legit so far, the setup is fairly lengthy but seems worth it. I'm expecting something to prevent me from continuing in regards to a paywall but nothing yet, let's see. I will come back and update the review once I know.
I can confirm it does everything you need it to do initially without having to pay a penny, great for entrepreneurs just starting out.
Update: Changed to 5 stars, the system seems to be working great so far, very customizable and convenient for those you invite to be affiliates. Tested everything and it all works like a charm, haven't encountered any technical issues at all and it's explained well enough to not need assistance to complete the setup. Well done to UpPromote keep up the good work!
