Great app for starting your first ambassador program. Has all the basic functionalities you'd need to get your program off the ground and running. The biggest plus is the excellent customer service. Maya, in particular, is speedy, efficient, and willing to help with any question.

It lacks some of the more advanced features you see in competitors', but you can't beat the price, especially if your only motive is to get an ambassador program out there and not waste any time. We were with a competitor previously, and their customer service would take days to respond, with very little action. We really appreciate how quick everyone is to help here!

Customer support is really fast to help, need a few minor work arounds if you're not willing to move off the free plan initially - but all doable.

UpPromote is great! The site is easy to navigate, and the resources it offers are great. It has been great so far building our affiliate program with it. Mina from customer service has been SOOO patient and has been sending us the info we need while guiding us.

Just upgraded from free plan today. Have not started using yet, hence the 4 stars. Customer Support from Tanie was great helped resolve the issue. Hoping to get some referrals with using the program.

Mina with support team is really helpful and on the spot on getting issues resolved. Support team overall has been great.

Good app but too expensive with the monthly fee plus overriding commission on sales. I had to remove it and went with another app.

Für mich als Onlineshop Betreiber ist das Thema komplettes Neuland und die Navigation wirkt im ersten Moment sehr überladen. Man muss sich die Zeit nehmen und alles Steps, die zum Glück vorgegeben werden, gründlich durchlesen. Man wird quasi an die Hand genommen und durch das Programm geführt. Ich stecke zwar immer noch im Lernprozess, freue mich aber jetzt schon es ausgiebig nutzen zu dürfen.

Gute App für ein Affiliate-System, umfangreiche Funktionen. Ich hatte 2 mal wegen unterschiedlichen Problemen mit dem Support zu tun (Stichwort GDPR) und jedes mal konnte mir der Support zügig weiterhelfen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App.

Nice app! I’m using the free plan, but I miss many features that are only available in the professional plan (which is very expensive for me now). For example, I can’t download invoices for my payments. However, the customer support is very fast and responsive — thank you, Mina, for your help even during the weekend!
