UpPromote makes affiliate management easy and secure. I needed to change an affiliate's email address and couldn't figure out where to do that (hint: you have to contact support) and Gwen, in the live chat, was awesome about helping me! She didn't ask me a zillion unrelated questions, she simply asked for the new address and switched it up for me.
Aside from the great support, I love the interface of UpPromote and how easy and intuitive it is. I highly recommend it to anyone running Shopify who wants to offer some incentive to get people to market your products. HIGHLY recommend it!

I had talked about doing an affiliate program for months. UpPromote had me up and going within minutes. Their app is fantastic on automating the processes of tracking sales. The most beneficial part is that their support staff is always available to help out with any issues or questions. I am very happy with their app and service!

We have been using this app for two months now and could not be more happy.
It just works. It is well thought through and even though we still don't know all feautures the support has been extremly patient and friendly in helping us out. We have an issue or a question and receive a reply within minutes. It is really the best app for affiliate and network marketing.

I swear on my mom's life, the support on this app is something out of this world i have been using there app for a while now and OMG.
the amount of respect i got for these guys is on a new level now.
if you dont use there app you definetly are missing out alot of stuff !

I totally recommend this App. There's a lot to it but once you figure it out its easy to use. The customer service is excellent. There is always someone available to chat with and they are always friendly and helpful. I just chatted with Barney and he helped me through a glitch that I created and we resolved it together, without stress :). Thanks Barney!

So far I love the app and thought this was a specific review for my recent bulk payout experience. In regard to that I kept getting an error message because it was my first time so I'd fix what needed to be fixed and it would still give the error so I had to close and exit 3 times to get it to go through with my changes.
Just to add to it I submitted this review and it brought me back to the same page to submit the review. After 5 times I gave up and lo and behold my review is there. If this edit doesn't show up I'm not going to keep clicking this time. I'm tired ;)
