El equipo de soporte (sobretodo Mina, un encanto ) me ha ayudado satisfactoriamente y la app es muy intuitiva y al idioma español y he podido editar muy bien mi programa de embajadores para mi tienda de shopify

Mina did a great job answering my questions. She understood my issue immediately and gave me the reason for it, as well as the way to fix it. No extraneous "polite" messages that delayed me getting the answer I needed. She just replied directly to my questions and gave me the specific workflow paths in UpPromote as to how to get things done. Excellent job, thank you.

The app is great and very useful. What stands out a lot is their support. We had a problem with our links, and Mina was super helpful in coordinating the dev team, who fixed the issue even at an ungodly hour. Kudos to the whole team!

Great affiliate and referral app for Shopify. The system is flexible, easy to integrate and offers many useful features to run a professional affiliate program.

I needed to set up a fairly complex multi-level affiliate system (3 levels with differentiated commissions) and I admit I was a bit lost at first.

Evans was simply fantastic: patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly clear in his explanations. He guided me step by step through the configuration, helping me understand not just the "what to do" but also the "why," which made all the difference.

The UpPromote platform proved to be extremely flexible and powerful - it allows you to manage complex affiliate structures with surprising ease once you understand the logic (and with Evans' help, everything becomes clear!).

I highly recommend both the platform and Evans' support. It's not often you find such competent and helpful assistance.

We are currently switching from our old affiliate platform to UpPromote, and so far, it’s been a great experience. The affiliate import process is seamless, and it offers all the features we need and even more. The support team is quick and responsive. A special shout-out to Nick and Tanie, who answered all my questions while we were testing the app during our trial.

Set up and installations are straight forward. If you put in some work, you can also adjust the design as you want it. And on top, the support team, technical support Barney and the others in the customer support, are very helpful and take their time to make sure everything is the way you want it. Recommended!!
