Not sure what time it was where the support team is located but here on the east coast it was 5:30 am and I had no problems getting my email changed by chatting with a support member. It was fast and easy!! Thanks very much T.

I am trying this app out. I am finding it difficult to navigate and set up. It continues to open additional windows and I can't get back to where I was previously. Unsure about this app.

Edit: 5 stars for this insanely fast response and quick fix! Great customer service.

App is great, except none of my affiliates are able to log into their accounts. They all receive a "session expired" message. We've reached out to Zendesk for help. If we can get this working then we'd love to change our review to 5 stars.
