We've had experience with both affiliate and multi-level programs and software, and find UpPromote to be a breath of fresh air. Very intuitive and easy for both us and our affiliates. And support is top-notch. Gwen in customer support was very friendly and very quickly resolved a question about 2-level commissions. This lets me get back to our affiliates with answers right away. So far I love the app and thought this was a specific review for my recent bulk payout experience. In regard to that I kept getting an error message because it was my first time so I'd fix what needed to be fixed and it would still give the error so I had to close and exit 3 times to get it to go through with my changes.

Just to add to it I submitted this review and it brought me back to the same page to submit the review. After 5 times I gave up and lo and behold my review is there. If this edit doesn't show up I'm not going to keep clicking this time. I'm tired ;)

Easy to use and track for both parties to see what has been earnt by affiliate to be paid and also how well referral process works to make sales

I totally recommend this App. There's a lot to it but once you figure it out its easy to use. The customer service is excellent. There is always someone available to chat with and they are always friendly and helpful. I just chatted with Barney and he helped me through a glitch that I created and we resolved it together, without stress :). Thanks Barney!

I recently started using this App, and it's been fantastic for setting up everything related to affiliates. They even offer features to help find potential affiliates!
