UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

I installed the upPromote app to try out the free plan as I'm still in the process of setting up my store and haven't started selling yet. The app has been great for managing referral codes, and when I decided to offer discounts via referral codes, I upgraded to the Professional plan with the free trial. While customizing the affiliate registration page, I ran into some difficulties, so I reached out to their support team. Even though they promised a response within an hour, I was pleasantly surprised to receive help almost immediately. Within 5 minutes, the issue was resolved! The support was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful.

This app is a must-have for anyone serious about affiliate marketing on Shopify. Highly recommended!

hannah has been incredible with helping me figure out why my payments werent able to be sent. She sent me exact details and we got it figured out. She was wonderful with her customer service!

so far it seems excellent but i still have so much to learn and set up. the customer support, Tommy, was very helpful and very clear with his instructions.

Enjoying the app so far! I didn't use all the features yet but the customer service is exceptional: easy to reach, comprehensive info, I feel ready to start! I'll post another review when I come full circle with the app.
