Sought livechat support from UpPromote, got connected to an officer in seconds. Ashley was extremely helpful and answered all my queries quickly and concisely, I'm very impressed with the response times! Just started there is no affiliate in the free plan you can contact but only in paid plan. Let's hope for the best but yes customer service is the best.

The integration between Shopify and UpPromote was frictionless. It was so easy to setup, and it took me about 4hrs to have my first affiliate program setup. The free plan is great start to play around with a basic affiliate program.
