UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

I just started using this app again because it seems to have the tools I want for my affiliate program and the cost is reasonable. Tommy has been such a great help. Wishing you all success with this app!

I have only started to try the app. The platform is professional, I like this app & Mechelle in customer support department very helpful, I sent email to her for some updates & she told me they will do it with in 2 weeks & I'm waiting. 5 stars cuz it deserve to try it .

The UpPromote Support Team is an "All Hands On Deck" team! They were and are very responsive, engaging, and solution-oriented.

So far so good, just installed this 5 min ago. Set up has been easy so far. I had some browser issues (Brave) but Chrome seems to work fine. Support was super responsive, under 1min.

The customer service of this app. is amazing. I have never struggled to get hold of anyone, especially today. I spoke to Tommy and he was very helpful.

It's early days, but I'm very impressed so far. There's quite a bit to getting everything set up the way you want it but the user guides are very comprehensive, and I love the automated process for onboarding new affiliates. During setup I had an issue with my affiliate link not applying the discount automatically on my website. The help desk were superb - I reported the issue at 5pm and the dev team fixed it overnight. The flexibility and features far outweigh what we had on DoveTale.

Just upgraded to growth plan and believe that it is a solid app; however, I think there is some work to be done on the User Interface and design for affiliates and brands alike. Not the easiest to navigate and logically understand at first, but once you get used to it, it clicks. Once they get those worked out, should be a five star experience.

We just install the app Uppromote in our Pimplate website.
Until now, the communication with the staff team is really good.
The settings are well documented, we will go in production this week and will scale next month. :-) Let's try the pro plan for paypal and other benefits we need.
