Incredible support staff. had a issue with custom links for affiliate and the support team got back to me within 15mins and resolved the issue. straightforward and easy. i look forward to many more years of using this trustable app

Key for me is easy to use... I am not a tech person.. but this makes it so easy that I am not intimidated.

Be aware of that sometimes google ad orders appear on affiliate orders too. Also a couple of my very old b2b orders appeared like an affiliate order. Which I made the agreement via phone than the customer visited the website organically and made the purchase. I have sent many screenshots and emailed them about these issues and the reply was "These referral orders are tracked probably because the customer clicked on the affiliate link before" Well, I have tracked them, and both Shopify analytics and google analytics disagree with you. 3 stars because I used it for free and I still have little doubts about if they were right or not. I removed the app. Wish you luck.

Just started using the app I havent assigned an affiliates just yet. Im going through the system throughly to understand the workings and everything it offers. And from what i can tell, this app offers everything and more for owners to run and maintain a successful and profitable affiliate program! Im really looking forward to using this program i love the coupon and link options and the benefits they offer!

easy to install, very useful. But is there a minimum 100 characters limit for review, that kills me.

Amazing!! Use it for our Shadowshore Ambassador Program, giving our ambassadors high discounts off all our clothing and apparel, allow them to give their followers a discount and reward them with commission for sending us referrals. Everything works amazing and functions nicely. Very easy to use and intuitive to set up. Great way of building your business. Easy to connect and manage thorough Shopify.
