Its seems like a good idea well put together app, until you get surprised with the constant limitations, even on their basic paid plane (which is pretty much useless) it shows that it allows to have a popup after checkout so customers can become affiliates, great right? Lol but that when the customer actually signs up, in their dashboard you can’t even sync it with your shopify system with the same customer!! Oh unless you pay up for another higher paid plan. I don’t like this style of hidden shady pay more approach at all when apps do it, it shows just how much less value the service is and how you will constantly run into surprises. No thanks uninstall

In the Growth plan, we enable the features that can help you approach potential affiliates, while in the Professional plan, we unlock all advanced features for those that grow their affiliate management team to a certain level that needs more professional tools.

this is my first time using this app. I am completely new to affiliate and I just wanna free plan for the beginning. This app is not so complicated and has no latent charge. with the free plan, I can use the basic features which is enough for me at the observing step. I can very easily find customer service which is very important for whom may not easy to trust an app. Customer service is very helpful and professional. Hopefully, this app will be keep on meat my need.

Very thourough guide steps, walk you through the unknown path. I remember I have tried someone else, totally different, complicated and without proper guide, long hours to wait for response.

The onboarding process is really good!! Very easy to do. The checklist really surpise me. And the account you can activate to make test is an important thing to do.

Low customer service quality. They Don't help too much... the app is ok but need some points to be improves, special the customer service...

We only received a ticket asking for instruction to remove the app on Jan 24 08:43 and we walked you through all the steps, then we got no reply from you, we hope you could share more about your unhappy experience with our support service so we can improve better in the future.
