UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

Seems to work great so far and the customer service is excellent. Much less expensive then the alternatives as well!

UpPromote is the best Affiliate Program App that I have used on Shopify, I really like the features and how easy it is to use while everything works perfectly it's more than what I had expected before downloading. The support team response is quick and is actually helpful, I would like to thank Ms. Barney for helping me out recently.

I was lucky enough to be looked after by Nick, who gave me really great insight into the issue I was having with tracking referrals from one of my affiliates. He was super thorough, and even sent me screenshots to help understand the issue clearly, as well as provide clear scenarios to make understanding a breeze! I have been using this app i want to say 2-3 years and just recently started back using it within the last week or so.... It is PERFECT for business owners are looking for affiliates; setup/signup is sooooo EASY and Customer Service is LITERALLY always a click away. Every Rep I have encountered has been knowledgeable with QUICK resoluton. I plan to continue with this app and soon see what the upgraded version can do for my business... DONT SECOND guess this app, even the FREE version is TOP NOTCH!

I highly recommend it! Started using UpPromote recently, the platform is super intuitive, and what stands out the most is the level of support they offer. No matter the time, there’s always someone available to help you, providing quick solutions whenever needed, Tommy has been incredibly helpful.

My experience so far has been amazing. The app is very user friendly and it does not take a rocket scientist to figure everything out. if you are confused on how to address any issues, the support staff is very responsive, they reply so quick and will walk you through everything to make sure any issues are taken care of immediately. Evans has been amazing at responding to any issues that I have and he makes navigating my way through issues a breeze, thanks Evans and UpPromote for the great customer service!

I am greatly appreciating my experience with UpPromote so far.

I did a tonne of research when looking for the best app that would meet my needs and be within budget. UpPromote shone through as a fantastic option and they are proving that I made the right choice.

I appreciate being able to be granular at the variant level for which products are included in our affiliate program and at what commission percentage.

I am also blown away by their support team. I've been helped multiple times now by Nick over chat and he has been fantastic at helping me customize the affiliate portal with our brand colours and sizing of the logo. As well as troubleshooting some of the functionality that I have needed extra support and guidance to understand.
