Good app, UI is a bit outdated and some areas of the UI can be complex. For example, being able to change the form on your website shouldn't be as difficult to find as it is. I think having it's own tab is justified rather than being buried in the settings.

I also think its a big shame that you are only given 1 coupon code in the free version and to then have anymore, you have to opt for the $50 pm plan. There should at least be more coupons in the cheaper plan, e.g. 25 coupons. I find this quite greedy and makes the app less accessible to smaller enterprises who wish start affiliate marketing - if they gave more care and focus with incentives, such as 25 coupons for the cheaper plan, no doubt more people would purchase and stay with Secomapp.

Onboarding seamless, great UI/UX but only just gotten started completing the setup so still early. So happy to a free plan too that actually does the job, would consider upgrading depending on how the experience goes!

Love the support I get! I always do the live chat and they are always there to help and literally give me step by step instructions on how to set things up!

We are just getting started but so far it has been very easy to set up to get going. The customer support has been outstanding and the help I've needed has been provided pretty quickly via chat. Zero Complaints. Now we are just hoping to find qualified affiliates and referrals.

I am still learning this app and getting used to it, but I am loving the features so far. I think it is really going to help me get sales
