The Staff and support helped me through many issues and secured many sales for me.

It was so hard to choose the app for affiliates and referrals on my Shopify account among the many app options. UpPromote was the first try and it works as that I imagined it should. The users on my website are based in Turkey, and I translated the app completely to fit my customer language, even though there is no Turkish language option. This app is awesome. As I was looking for the best affiliate software, i narrowed it down to 3. They were all great but lacked a couple key features. UpPromote was the only option with all the features I wanted in 1 software.

Their customer service is insane. The fastest response times and most helpful ive encountered on any software. Selina specifically was very helpful.

I think the app is really helpful in a lot of ways. But support for other languages would be great.

I just installed it and set up is really easy and intuitive. Had small issue with customization. But support team is working really quick and effective. Excellent support
