UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

Just getting started setting up the app, and we are super impressed with the customer service so far! Barney has been very helpful. It’s so refreshing to have great customer service at your fingertips! Very quick to respond. Once the app is up and running for a few months we’ll update the review (or post another one) regarding ease of setup, functionality, etc., as this app has so many wonderful and useful features! But for now, customer service gets an A+++, which was one of the main reasons we chose this app. Prior to purchasing, Tommy with customer service was also very helpful in providing answers to our pre-purchase questions, and this tipped the hat for us!
We are adding to this post after a couple weeks of using the program. We can’t say enough about their customer support, especially Nick! Wow! He certainly knows the ins-and-outs of this program. When we had a somewhat complicated question, he clearly understood it and provided a great resolution, where others (although helpful) missed the mark on the final detail for resolution. My guess is, with such great support this unique situation and resolution will be made known to all team members for future use. That being said, all chat support members really have been extremely helpful. We would recommend UpPromote to anyone and everyone! The features are remarkable!

After researching a handful of other affiliate apps for our shopify store, we decided to go with Uppromote. Not only has it been a seamless process to use, but they have all the features without breaking the bank. Gwen, Tommy, and Barney were the support staff we've worked with and we can't say enough good things about their customer service. They are prompt in the responses to questions, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! Don't sleep on Uppromote Affiliate App, no regrets! We'll be upgrading the the next tier soon!

Shout out to Nick, Barney, Evans and Selina. Nearly around-the-clock service available - help with implementation, tech support, customization, etc. Super friendly and they all seem to know what's going on.

If you're on the fence in choosing an app, I'd say the responsive service from this team could probably tip the balance, they'll make sure you get what you need.

The support from this app is top notch. There is an in app chat option and the support is always quick to answer. Just today Selina helped me customize my affiliate log in page to include and not include what it didnt need. I was amazed that she was willing and able to customize my experience in that way! So far, i have nothing but great things to say about Uppromote.
