As a Shopify store owner, I am beyond frustrated and infuriated with the abhorrent treatment I have received from the UpPromote team. It is both mind-boggling and unacceptable that a company I have invested thousands of dollars into has shown such blatant disregard for its customers and their success.

I've had this app installed on my website for quite some time but just recently launched my affiliate program. So far the set up and the ability to customize everything is great. It helped me organize my affiliates and automatize the initial communications with affiliates as well as setting up a professional landing page that actually works. The one thing I don't see and I feel it needs it's the ability to view/change which monthly subscription you select. Also of course the more you pay the more features you get but the FREE option is decent enough and it does what it needs to if you're in the beginning stages when budget is low.

Great app!! Easy to use! Love it! I would highly recommend this as an addon to any existing e-commerce store!

The simplest set up and integration I've had with my store. I've received quick responses to my tech support questions (I also take into consideration that at times I send messages from North America when other parts of the world are sleeping, so I also get to practice patience when that is the case). We are a few orders in and everything is running and tracking as it should.
