The Support team is always answering in a short time! Barney helped me within minutes! The answer was very clear!

From the get go, the app seemed very easy to manage however I did encounter some minor issues but their support team must be the best I've dealt with. They were extremely attentive and detailed in their responses, with clear instructions. I gave them a few suggestions and they took them very seriously and added these as features which is amazing. The actual platform itself is really great, it's easy to use if you're familiar with affiliate platforms but may require the help of support to setup finer tunings but with the great support team this will not be a task at all. The support team was Tommy, Christy, Léna, Stark, Matthew, June and Nick. All support agents provide the same level of attentiveness and professionalism. Thank you guys and keep it up!

The system works very well, with a simple to use interface... I required support a few times (to help me with my configuration, not because of issues) and the chat response we AMAZING EVERY TIME... Very quick and always helped me. I have 18 apps integrated into shopify, and the UpPromote support model is #1 (hands down!!). I served as an SVP for IBM with massive global support teams, so my expectations are high, yet exceeded on all fronts.
