Secomapp helps me grow my business and I love them for that! My favorite feature is the automatic emails for newly approved affiliates. It really makes the process easy.
Started getting inundated with fraudulent orders after installing this app, all linking back to an affiliate. Reached out to customer support, zero support given, just denial. Wouldn't recommend.
Hi there. This is Stark from UpPromote support. I think there is some misunderstanding here. You mentioned that the orders were placed with a compromised credit card. Since you have already denied the referral and removed the affiliate from UpPromote, we suggested you contact the buyer for more information and didn't receive a response from you. Please note that we cannot trouble who made the order and who uses the affiliate links, but we would love to know if there is anything else we can do to help.
Easy setup. Easy to use. Interface was very intuitive and I completed in in 15 minutes. I still have some questions for the admin, but the set was quite easy.

The free plan of this app is so great to get an affiliate program started. It was easy to use and easy to set up. Had my first sale within a few hours and it was so cool to see the graphs start to take shape. I think the affiliates also like the professionalism of signing up and being able to track their sales.
