I downloaded this app. to help me get customers to see my shop and for now I love it. I am just starting and I Iike it so far.

Super easy set-up process. Very straight forward and clean affiliate registration form. I waited until I had some customer service interactions to leave a review. They responded promptly AND COMPREHENSIVELY, which is always a relief when you realize you're not gonna just get some crappy, outsourced-to-india customer service where someone is just following a list of "if this is the problem, this is the solution" tree. I used this app to help me get affiliates to my page, and I got the best help about this, thank you very much!
This app is strategically getting more expensive and offering less. They make it clear that you will be severely affected for anything less than their $50/month plan.
We have VERY basic needs for our program and there is incredibly complexity to this app. I don't want to switch, but I feel like we're slowly being forced to leave due to unnecessary complexity.
