We've had experience with both affiliate and multi-level programs and software, and find UpPromote to be a breath of fresh air. Very intuitive and easy for both us and our affiliates. And support is top-notch. Gwen in customer support was very friendly and very quickly resolved a question about 2-level commissions. This lets me get back to our affiliates with answers right away. For now, all I can say is I like it.
Easy to use and track for both parties to see what has been earnt by affiliate to be paid and also how well referral process works to make sales
