UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

This has to be one of the worst and most frustrating Customer Service I have ever had to deal with. After speaking with Stark and Lina, it is clear they value nothing more than money. After uninstalling the app several months ago, it has still continued to charge us. Even when speaking to them, they provided no solution as they said "I cannot provide proof of uninstalling the app"... Pathetic

This app is very easy to use and integrates smoothly with Shopify. The in-person customer support is fast and extremely helpful, and the support Mina provided was knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience and a solid app that makes managing our store much easier. Highly recommend!

The app is incredible. And their support service is active. Mina responds to me in 3 minutes and helped me remove the UpPromote Branding.

I am so impressed with the flexibility of the app customization and how responsive the support team is. They are also very friendly and get things done when they say it will be done. Every one I have worked with has done a great job. Mandy was super helpful today. I spent over an hour working on how to make a few simple changes to text on our sign up page. I finally contacted support (Mandy) and she came back to me with simple instructions that made the correction quick and easy. Should have contacted her first, it would have saved me a bunch of time and frustration.
