Everything was going great until affiliates began signing up. Automated emails are not going out and there is really no way to contact support because no agents are available via the chat option - just automated responses.

I just loaded the app to my store, onboarding process is seamless, easy. Looks interesting & I'm curious about what happens in the next days.. will update you'all soon. Nah! nothing happened. got like 3 affiliates , but that's it. app was just occupying space on my store. not productive for me.

Its seems like a good idea well put together app, until you get surprised with the constant limitations, even on their basic paid plane (which is pretty much useless) it shows that it allows to have a popup after checkout so customers can become affiliates, great right? Lol but that when the customer actually signs up, in their dashboard you can’t even sync it with your shopify system with the same customer!! Oh unless you pay up for another higher paid plan. I don’t like this style of hidden shady pay more approach at all when apps do it, it shows just how much less value the service is and how you will constantly run into surprises. No thanks uninstall

Our team always care and listen to customers in order to optimize user experience, we also do regular research to update new features to meet users' requirement and make sure the system would run seamlessly with high accuracy. *Update: We have just increased referrals a month for our plans:
Free version : from 30 to 200 referrals / month
Growth version: from 50 to 300 referrals / month
Pro version : from 300 to 600 referrals / month
The price doesn't change.
I set up my account with them I just want to test it before I leave a review I will write another review once I see results.
Be aware of that sometimes google ad orders appear on affiliate orders too. Also a couple of my very old b2b orders appeared like an affiliate order. Which I made the agreement via phone than the customer visited the website organically and made the purchase. I have sent many screenshots and emailed them about these issues and the reply was "These referral orders are tracked probably because the customer clicked on the affiliate link before" Well, I have tracked them, and both Shopify analytics and google analytics disagree with you. 3 stars because I used it for free and I still have little doubts about if they were right or not. I removed the app. Wish you luck.
