UpPromote Affiliate & Referral

So far the app has been great and customer service has been extremely helpful. I needed help with updating something pretty simple but being new I was doing it the hardest way possible so Hanna helped me find the easier route! Then she helped me even more with things I wasn't even there to ask for help with making my page look even better! It was great.

Tommy from Tech Support was incredibly helpful and accommodating with my request. While the Dev Team is offline on weekends, he reassured me that he would forward my request to them and ensure it gets handled on Monday. He also promised to update me once it's completed. His politeness, kindness, and responsiveness made the experience seamless. We’re excited to explore more features of UpPromote and maximize its potential for our affiliates!

Customer service was helpful every time, today I spoke with support service (Tanie) and she was very informed; answered my questions and provided all the help and understanding I needed.

A robust, easy-to-use affiliate app that does most of the heavy lifting for our affiliate program! So far there hasn't been a lacking feature or missing setting, and it's just been a great, smooth experience. Customer support is also prompt, courteous, & helpful every time we've reached out. Today we spoke with Clara about how to make an adjustment to a specific setting, and we had our answer in a matter of minutes!

The support I have received from Hannah, Evans and the rest of the team, is absolutely amazing. They have helped, every step of the way in solving all setup issues and queries, even helping to customise the dashboard and other specific tasks that we needed to achieve. I cannot fault their kindness, politeness, quick response and dedication. Excellent customer support! The only thing would be options within the app to easily create custom affiliate pages, but I have to give 5 stars for everything else. Highly recommended.
