I was on the chat with TOMMY for almost an hour asking every question under the sun and he was SO patient and had an answer for everything! I have had over $1M in affiliate sales and no program has ever been this user friendly! I cant wait to see what this program can do for my new jewelry store!

Love this app. Before this, we used social snowball, affilo and UpPromote is by far the best.

1) Ease of use and has all possible features that can cover your niche scenario. We needed to add some notice about our payment schedule to affiliates, needed to customize email, policy, registration page, etc. and everything had a way to do.

2) Best Customer Support. Very quick to reply and they fix issues and come up with new features that I was just looking for. I think the company really knows how to treat customers and the CS team is very very supportive.

Any new app is like learning a new language, there are some misunderstandings, confusion, etc. Personally, I wander around the different tabs until I figure out where things are before starting in. On my first day working through the options and settings, the support team was ready with help all day and night. I was up and running in half the time I've spent on other apps. Great team!
