Mina did a great job answering my questions. She understood my issue immediately and gave me the reason for it, as well as the way to fix it. No extraneous "polite" messages that delayed me getting the answer I needed. Solid app for getting an affiliate program off the ground quickly. Easy setup, tracking works, and support was responsive. Two issues pushed us to build our own: (1) No cross-platform support. We run multiple Shopify stores plus a WooCommerce brand and needed one system across all of them. (2) The UpPromote Marketplace sent us nothing but spam and scammer signups. Not a single legitimate affiliate came from it. Had to clean out over a dozen fake accounts. If you're a single-store operation, UpPromote will serve you well. If you're multi-brand or need more control, you'll outgrow it.
