Tanle was my chat box customer service rep who answered all of my questions in a timely manner. And she assisted me with customizing a feature on my registration form. She was very friendly and efficient. And when I was having a challenge navigating to the appropriate section on the Up Promote site she screen shot the location of where to go. Great and really easy to use. The free plan creates a really nice form that goes on the website effortlessly and allows you to do a lot. It's also really easy to manage your affiliates, get the information about them that you need and all know what payments their owed. Would definitely recommend.
UpPromote's customer service is quick, reliable, and thorough. For that reason alone, I would recommend this app to all Shopify users. You aren't waiting for an email for days on end.
