There was never an issue with the app - just setting up different affiliate rules. Double checking the settings are what we need! Ray and others are quick to reply! Always appreciated.
I have enjoyed working with affiliates to grown my business on UpPromote. I have had a few issues setting up my PayPal integration and Ray was very helpful on several occasion to assist me. Overall really enjoy the platform.
A great way to manage your affiliate program. You will receive quick assistance from their support team as well. I would recommend that everyone give it a go!
The uppromote platform is very easy to operate, has many functions and is easy to understand. The most important thing is that if you don’t understand something, you can ask their support staff directly. They will be online 24 hours a day and politely and patiently help me answer my questions. Especially Hannah, thank you for helping me. I would also like to thank all the staff who helped me. Finally, this platform is highly recommended for everyone to use, whether it is a merchant or an affiliate.
We love using UpPromote!! It's a very easy to use system, with a ton of functionalities, that have made our affiliate experience a lot better. The support team is amazing and always there. Shoutout to Nick and the entire team!
One thing to note, if you are Canadian, you might not be able to connect PayPal Express payments, so we do this manually.
We still love the system and we are very happy using it.
