There are just way too many great things to say about the support this team has provided my small team during our first three months on our shopify trial. They have guided us from the beginning with tips and strategies to get off the ground, along with patience as we started getting our first customers.
Whether it was Barney, Maya, Tanie, Mandy, Stark, or Gwen, they've responded to every question I had regardless of the time of day, and the requests with nothing but care and attention to detail to help us reach our goals. So far the app has been great. I havent had it a full 24hrs yet and already have 2 affiliates. Also last but definitely not least in my book. They actually have customer support. Which is huge these days as it seems more often Im running into support emails that dont exist, and customer support members that needed the help more than I did. I got a response from the team within minutes. You cant beat that.
The app is easy to use, has a lot of features, and I was impressed by Mina's customer support. She was able to login and fix a bunch of issues on my end. Good app to start an ambassador program and has everything you need on the free end, although it is a little more work to setup without paying for all the features.
