UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

I have been using this app i want to say 2-3 years and just recently started back using it within the last week or so.... It is PERFECT for business owners are looking for affiliates; setup/signup is sooooo EASY and Customer Service is LITERALLY always a click away. Every Rep I have encountered has been knowledgeable with QUICK resoluton. I plan to continue with this app and soon see what the upgraded version can do for my business... DONT SECOND guess this app, even the FREE version is TOP NOTCH!

I had an amazing experience with UpPromote Affiliate Marketing.
I was lucky enough to be looked after by Nick, who gave me really great insight into the issue I was having with tracking referrals from one of my affiliates. He was super thorough, and even sent me screenshots to help understand the issue clearly, as well as provide clear scenarios to make understanding a breeze! We found the issue, and now I can report happily to my affiliate that everythings is working perfectly. Thank you UpPromote, and thank you Nick especially.

The app works very well and we can recommend it.
Change requests are sometimes implemented for a small surcharge if this is possible.
The support team around Barney and Stark etc. is quick and easy to reach, always friendly and solution-oriented.
The only drawback is that the store credit is not converted into actual store credit, but into a discount code.
If this could be improved, we would be 100% happy.

UpPromote does exactly what it says on the tin. It allows you to easily setup and run an affiliate program. I recently got stuck not knowing how to use a certain a function and Hannah from UpPromote was very helpful and guided me step-by-step how to resolve my issue. Awesome app.
