While on the trial, we had an issue with our affiliate links. The store had generated links to our old domain instead of the new one. I reached out via email for support (probably after hours, on a weekend). Tho it was at an unusual time, I received an email back regarding the issue, along with chat support around the same time.
For not having a support number to call, I do feel like this was the highest level of support possible, if not above and beyond. The issue was resolved and we're moving forward with this platform. For the most part, it's easy to use and pretty user-friendly.

This app has been great so far. It's been a really great experience so far. The support is amazing!! Mina helped us today and it was super easy to get things sorted. I will say, it's not as clear/organized as it could be for set up. I think for what we're paying monthly it could probably have some more detailed features such as for gifts and motivation I'd love to see some more automatic structure around bonus commissions - like setting them up for a 2 week period that automatically turns off after a set time.
