This App working fine when the same phone has installed UPI app but not going through if some one doesn't have app installed and payment failed message comes " No UPI app installed in this Device Select Other UPI option to Proceed Retry payment of XYZ"
Dear Razorpay Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue with the Razorpay Affordability Widget on my website. While the widget is simply being shown to customers, I noticed that 1% is being deducted from every transaction processed through my store.
This fee wasn’t clearly disclosed when I set up the widget, and it seems misleading since the widget was advertised as "totally free" to display. There was no indication that showing the widget would incur a 1% fee on all transactions.
I kindly request a refund of the 1% fee deducted from these transactions and would appreciate clearer information about this charge moving forward.

Hey team Targaryen Treasures, I went through your Checkout and it seems you have not enabled EMI options from your Merchant Dashboard. To enable Widget -
1. Ensure you are a Widget compatible Shopify theme https://razorpay.com/docs/payments/payment-gateway/affordability/widget/shopify/#compatible-themes
2. Ensure you have enabled EMI options from Merchant Dashboard. Note: most EMI options are applicable only on INR 1,000 and above. So your product amount has to be greater than that.
3. You can also create Offers instead from Merchant Dashboard, and they will appear on Widget.
If you still face any issues after these checks, please raise a ticket from Merchant Dashboard and our team will look into it.

not working.
App not working after installing, cannot see it under pricing section even after making changes in the theme. No support from razorpay!
I reached out to razorpay support atleast 5 times and they kept on playing email email but no solution was given. I suggest using juspay (better inegration support) or phonepay which charges zero commission on transactions.
